Riad Maïpa offers a choice of five spacious and individually decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms finished in tadlakt, reversible air-conditioning, TV, DVD player and wifi Internet access. There is a traditional patio with a fountain and gardens, two Moroccan-style lounges, a dining room with an open fireplace and a recreation area.

All rooms have private bathroom and are air-conditioned.

The Rates indicated in our tariff for each room is calculated for 2 persons breakfast included.

The Riad can be entirely rented, capacity: 10 persons. Tariffs are bellow:

Low season:

Medium season:

Riad Maïpa is to be found in Derb Dabachi, close to the Café de France on Jemâa El Fna square. Walk down Derb Dabachi for about 200 metres then take the first alleyway on the right – the name of the alleyway is Derb Jdid. Our riad on your right, at number five.
