Do I have to pay commission or any other fee when I book through Babeloo

No, you pay the exactly the same amount, aswhen dealing directly with the owner of Riad, the guest house or the hotel .

The service provided by Babeloo is completely free of charge.

Do I have to pay in advance?

After you have booked, you pay a deposit as a warranty that represents 20% of the total amount of your stay. (TAX included)

You pay the other 80% during your stay in the Riad, the guest house, the hotel or the apartment.

Sometimes, during the procedure of booking, the reservation system needs to check for availability, in order to confirm my reservation. Why?

Many of the Riads, guest houses, or hotels offered in Babeloo have planning  “online”.  This means that the planning is up to date, and that availabilities are confirmed in real time. On the contrary, other establishments do not offer planning “online”.  In that case, Babeloo will contact the establishment in order to reconfirm your reservation within 4 working hours.

 What should I do if I have doubts or questions in reference to my reservation or destination?

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can change a reservation, as long as the concerned establishment is able to fulfill your needs.

Of course you can cancel a reservation.  Always, following the terms and conditions of each Riad, guest house or hotel .
In the case that the concerned establishment wouldn’t have any specified cancellation term or condition, Babeloo´s terms and conditions will be applied. (See general terms and conditions)

After having booked and provided my credit card information, how can I know that the reservation was confirmed?

Right after we received your reservation and your credit card confirmation, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation, as well as all the information related to the Riad, guest house, hotel or apartment booked.

Reservation for kids.

Some Riads, guest houses or hotels charge an extra fee for providing a cradle or extra beds.  Of course, the size of the bed depends on the age of the kids.

Is this way of payment safe?

Babeloo´s web site has a security system: encrypting procedure SSL.  This system was strengthened to avoid external interference and to protect all your data.

What should I do if my credit card is rejected?

Babeloo uses external services for on line credit card debits, that have proven to be highly secure.  If your credit card was rejected, we invite you to contact our customer service by e-mail.
